INDIVIDUAL HAMMER HEADS SPECS: Materials as follows: Orange Plastic - Extremely tough, harder than Nylon tip for general work. Nylon - Tough, softer than plastic tip resistant to cracking, chipping or splitting. *Pyralin® - Similar to nylon, used in the 2" diameter only. Phenolic - Resin impregnated, cloth- reinforced tip. Very dense, highly resistant to abrasion, splitting, breaking. Brass - The gunsmith's favorite for use on punches. Steel - Most durable for general use.
