Cheap Optic but Works Fine

It's a cheap optic, and for the price and what it offers, it works great, and I had no issues with this optic. I have a few of these optics. So if you are looking for a good optic but do not want to throw heavy money down on it this would be a good option.

Excellent quality at fair price.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this red dot. It was easy to mount and easy to zero in at the range. The dot is crisp and very forgiving if you need to tilt your head, etc. I'm using it on my 9MM carbine and will probably order an additional one for my other rifle.

Good Red Dot, Can Always Do Better

Vortex Red Dot Sights are an excellent and cheap alternative to more Law Enforcement and Military marketed optics and red dot sights. They work and don't break too easy, but at the cost of endured lifespans. If you have any NVGs this optic can and will accommodate that, as for how well I really can't say.

Great upgrade by Vortex

Assuming the new numbers for battery life are accurate, this should be a great little red dot. And Vortex is offering it at the same price as the original. As they say, You cant beat that with a big stick.

Buy something different

Change the high base to the included low base, with less than 10 in/lbs (yes I have a torque driver) one of the screw holes stripped out. The objective lens in crooked. The brightness switch has a lot of slop in it. If I could return it I would.
