SINCLAIR NT-4000 PREMIUM NECK TURNING KIT

Out NT-4000 Premium Neck Turning Tool is the finest, easiest to adjust, and most accurate hand neck turning tool available. It's ergonomic design makes it the most comfortable to turn with as well. Our Premium Neck Turning Tool employs and eccentric mechanism for quick cut depth adjustments which are accurate to .00025 with our carbide mandrels. The audible click cutter adjustment knob is laser engraved and moves the cutter in either direction with a total adjustment range of .004 to .005 inches. The Premium Neck Turning Tool comes with three laser engraved feeler gages which may be used to quickly set the cutter depth to the approximate range of the cut desired. With the cutter in range using the supplied feeler gages, the eccentric adjustment knob enables the user to make the final depth adjustment to the exact thickness desired.

Our standard neck turning tool has served thousands of handloaders for over two decades. This tool comes complete with our stainless steel universal handle, cutter, and allen wrenches. The neck turner cutter is made from hand-stoned high-speed tool steel and will cut thousands of cases before needing replacement. Each tool requires the use of our Sinclair mandrels.

Our Premium Neck Turning Kits include the NT-4000 Neck Turner, our Generation II Expander Die (05-3000), a Carbide Neck Turning mandrel and a Stainless Steel Expander Mandrel. The Carbide mandrel is precision ground from solid carbide stock which yields even closer tolerances. The Expander mandrel is turned from high grade stainless steel on precision turning centers. The Expander mandrel is sized .001 under bullet diameter and the Carbide Turning mandrels are .002 below bullet diameter. This allows for the perfect fit to avoid galling the inside of your cases during the turning process.

Great Tool

I bought this kit to expand and turn my 6PPC brass. Likes Easy to setup and adjust. Nice fit in the hand. Heavy duty built. Smooth finish on necks Dislikes Handle - while it works as intended just not the way to do lots of turning. I also ordered their case driver and shell holder to do powered turning (best way to do neck turning)

This is great !!

WOW--been using this trimmer for almost a year now. Very, very accurate and so easy to use. Very well built and easy instructions. All my cases are now within about .0002, yes two ten thousands of an inch. For lube I've been using Hornady Case Sizing Wax. Should have gotten this tool years ago. Tightens up group size.

precision pieces of equipment

I have had many neck turners but this one is very precise, with the Sinclair expanders. It works better than anything I have had. A little pricey but worth it.

A very solid product

I am very pleased with the construction and function of this product. I previously had the RCBS unit and was very disappointed in the job that it did. The brass with full of pits and was very rough. After using this product on the damaged RCBS brass, it looked brand new. Another great product from Sinclair. The only issue is that it's very slow going to switch from case to case using the handle. But i view handloading as a labor of love, and it's worth the precision that this unit provides. I also highly recommend the Sinclair hand priming tool. These things may cost a pretty penny but will last a lifetime.
