What is the APEX TACTICAL SPECIALTIES INC. - S&W M&P M2.0 Red Flat Face Forward Set Trigger Kit?

Forward Set Trigger: Reduces Trigger Pre-Travel and Over Travel. Increases reach length to trigger face for shooters with longer fingers. Allows shooter to position finger lower on trigger face for increased lev-erage and therefore take advantage of lower trigger pull weights for competition. Patent Pending Sear Actuator: Shortens the stroke of the trigger pull by dropping the striker at a point farther forward than the factory component. Ultimate Striker Block Kit: Improved radius on the Striker Block Face produces a smoother trigger pull and eliminates most false reset issues. Forward Set Spring Kit: The full spring kit produces a 4lb to 5lb trigger pull.

Perfection
If you own an M&P this is a must have upgrade. I own an original M&P and have had the first version installed in my gun for over 3 years with probably 3k rounds through it. Installed another one in my shield 2.0. I had been waiting for the red one to come back in stock because looking good is half the battle. I installed each of mine on my own but if you can afford it have a gunsmith install it for you just to save the headache. It's not bad just sometimes the trigger pin wants to be difficult. The pull and break on these triggers are amazing for a striker fired gun. You will not be disappointed.

Huge upgrade
Trigger feels great and you can customize this kit to get exactly what you're looking for. I went with a 5lb trigger pull. Everything is improved, the feel, the take up, the break, the reset. The down side is that it doesn't come with any instructions at all. Make sure you go to the apex website and down load the flow chart, without it you'll have no idea what the different springs are for. I really wish apex would just put it in the packaging. If you buy this you're also stuck trying to find the best installation instructions and I'm sure everyone knows that not all YouTube tutorials are created equal.
