Made with M2.0 Improvements
Smith & Wesson always had a winner in its M&P line of handguns, but there were elements of the pistols that consumers wished were better. With the company's M2.0 enhancements, these concerns and complaints were addressed, and now fans of the .45 ACP have an all-new platform to enjoy in the Smith & Wesson M&P45 M2.0.
One of the stand-out features found in the Smith & Wesson M&P45 M2.0 and all of the company's M2.0 guns is a stainless-steel chassis molded into the gun's polymer grip frame. This reduces the flex experienced during firing, providing a more-accurate and more-durable platform for longtime use. The gun's stainless-steel slide and barrel are treated in the company's proven Armornite finish to ward off corrosion and provide reduced friction for reliable operation.
