Perfect Your Texas Star Shoot By Practicing With a Portable Model
In the competition world, the Texas Star can be one of the most-intimidating targets, since the target tree begins to move and shift direction as soon as the first plate is shot. To give competitors a chance to practice their skills, Challenge Targets developed a compact Texas Star Target, complete with smaller round plates and packaged into a compact size that can be transported with ease.
Each Challenge Targets Portable Texas Star Target features the same design and durability as the company's full-size target, except for a few changes in overall size. For one, the portable model uses 6-inch steel plates rather than the target 8-inch plates seen on the full-size star. Each star breaks apart into three pieces for transport, and the total weight of the whole unit is 105 pounds.
- Targets made from AR500 steel
- Overall height: 4 feet, 1 inches
- Weight: 105 pounds
- Breaks into three sections
Once you master the Portable Texas Star Target at your own range, you'll be able to tackle the full-size star with ease at your next shooting competition.
