What is the STARLINE, INC - 445 Super Magnum Brass 100/Bag?

Designed by Elgin T. Gates for silhouette shooting, the .445 Super Magnum is a heavy duty, lengthened version of the .44 Magnum. Guns have been manufactured by Dan Wesson and Thompson/Center. Starline suggests reaming the primer pocket deeper if you wish to use Large Rifle primers.

Starline is a family owned business and prides itself on producing the highest quality brass case available. With a production process focused on quality not quantity, Starline makes the finest brass and has for more than 40 years out of their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sedalia, MO.

Packaged in 100 count bags.

Rework
I am using the 445 super mag brass as to trim them down so I can use the Hornady 225 FTX bullet in my 44 rem mag. Just using the regular 44 mag brass The headspace/free bore is near .257 and the bullet has to travel that space before it hits the lands/groves this removes the problem and puts it right at the lands/groves Very Very accurate now 1 inch group at 100yds from 2.5 inches before to 1 inch now. so now I have a 44 rem mag extended. NOTE this can only be used for the Hornady 225 FTX because it a very short bullet

Quality
Always great quality in the past and still today. Ive had difficulty finding .41 magnum and 445 super magnum but star line delivers where others dont . Thank you star line and brownells
