Great trimmer
This has to be one of the easiest and fastest trimmers on the market. It may get a little tiresome if you have 300 cases to trim, but 50 is no trouble at all.
Great Product
Works like it should. Once set up it trims consistent length brass. I was able to speed up my case trimming considerably with this tool on my drill. A friend recommended it to me. After using it for my 6.5X47 Lapua, I now have several different case inserts.
Aptly named
Order came quickly, 2 of 3 caliber conversions back ordered. I installed the .223 adapter set up was easy, I checked the length once in a while, it never veried more than .001 and trimmed 500 cases in about 2 hrs using my hand drill. Works awesome. Next time I'll try it with the drill press that would be even faster. The caliber conversions make this a lot more affordable, and faster than my old Lee trimmers when doing large batches of cases. I trimmed over a cardboard box and than caught most of the trimmings.
Big time saver
I bought this to trim 300 Blackout brass made from 223 cases. Had previously used a hand trimmer. The WFT 2 was significantly quicker and easier to use. I used a drill press to spin. Just be sure to feed shells slowly at first otherwise you could end up losing your grip.
Works great
I initially bought one of these direct from the manufacturer for 223. It is easy to set up and once adjusted for correct length, stays put. I liked the 223 one so much, I have bought three more. Case trimming used to be a chore with sore fingers afterwards. Now, I chuck the WFT in a battery drill and can do hundreds of cases in an hour.
6.5 Arisaka Trim Bushing.
Use this with the following in mind. Tgere is no SAAMI spec for the 6.5 Arisaka cartridge. I tried the bushing on new PPU brass. It’s not correct. I tried it on once fired brass out of a Type 11 LMG it’s useable with proper adjustment. So basically be careful on your adjustment and you will be fine. 4 stars only because it’s not plug and play like normal cartridges would be.

Not the best choice
I have to give credit to Little Crow Gunworks. They offered to take back my trimmer and fix it after I buggered it up. Using the dowlel to remove the insert caused the entire bottom bearing to pop out. Needed to hear the housing with a torch to get that back in. But I kept it, knowing I will never change out the trim chamber to trim another caliber. Problems: The WFT required a half inch chuck. THat means your normal power drill will not work. That's just poor design thinking. Second, it is tough to clean. Third, as noted, it does not chamfer, so you get to double-work your brass. Last, it is not easy to adjust the cut height. Bottom line: there are better options.
