45 ACP by UMC/Remington
I immediately responded to the e-mail alert from Brownells announcing the availability of the UMC/Remington .45 ACP ammo. Fortunately, I was able to complete the acquisition without any complications due to their efficient order process and before the current supply was completely exhausted. However, there was some confusion on my part as I thought I was receiving the product in ten (10) individual 50 cartridge boxes. I was a bit surprised when I opened the shipping box and found 500 (more or less) loosely packed-by-weight cartridges. I'm not going to count the merchandise as that would be a waste of my time, time that will be used more efficiently burning up some of this ammo at the range honing my shooting skills. The individual shells were nice and bright and all contained in a plastic bag within the box. Easy enough to grab a handful and take a load, in another bag or sack, to the range. I'm sure not going to tote all 500 of them around any time soon. So, look closely at the advertisements as there was a 50 count box shown, whereas the bulk box could have been packed with the ten boxes of 50 just as easily as the loose 500. Shoot often, have a blast and tear up the targets or whatever your looking to waste.

Great for long distance target shooting. Very similar in feel to full power plus P defensive ammo. Cycles well in my Kimber Target 1911 and long barrel Glock 41. Perfect ammo for shooting steel at long distance or breaking in a tight 1911. You wont find 45acp that goes over 1000 fps for less money, highly recommended.
