We proudly stand behind the industry’s strongest guarantee on Brownells and Sinclair-branded products. These items are covered by our Forever Guarantee, meaning if you buy one and later decide you do not need it, do not want it, or simply did not like it, you can return it at any time with only a few exceptions.
All other products follow our standard 120-day return policy.
Some exceptions apply, such as:
- Firearms/receivers
- Liquids
- Limited Quantity/Hazardous items
- Products that are subject to pending or implemented restrictions due to Federal, State, or Local regulation/legislation
You can easily identify these products by the Guaranteed. Forever.® Icon.
Guaranteed. Forever.® return policy applies to the product’s original owner along with proof of purchase. Any items returned within 45 days from shipment are entitled to a refund. Any items returned after 45 days from shipment will be issued store credit in the form of a Brownells Gift Card. If a Brownells/Sinclair product was purchased through another retailer as a new product we will require proof of purchase to replace or refund. (Refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a Brownells gift card.)
Brownells Rifle Warranty
All new Brownells-manufactured firearms are backed by our comprehensive warranty.
What is covered:
- Original purchaser of a new Brownells firearm
- Defects in material and workmanship
- Finish imperfections (covered for 60 days from original purchase)
What is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer modifications or adjustments
- Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse
- Lack of proper care and maintenance
- Barrel obstruction
- Use of hand-loaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition
How to make a claim:
Call 1-800-741-0015 to start the process. If your claim is valid, we will repair or replace your firearm at no cost. If your firearm is replaced, Brownells will retain the original.
