What is the POWER CUSTOM - SERIES I STONING FIXTURE?

Save time and money by providing repeatable setup, accurate, measurable adjustments and suitability for many guns. The complete fixtures includes an adapter for the specific gun listed. Purchase more adapters separately for other guns; many jigs combined in one fixture! To use, mount hammer or trigger/sear on adapter, set and lock at correct index mark as instructed. Set stoning angle by counting “clicks” specified to raise or lower elevator and stoning guide. Lock guide, place stone on both roller and hammer or trigger/sear, and stone as normal. Easily adjustable to allow variations in stoning angle for exact, desired trigger pull weight. Same tool Ron Power uses in his own shop. Complete with one adapter and very detailed instructions written by Ron. You will also need a #10 Machinist’s Clamp and 6"x½"x½" stones.

SPECS: Steel, blued, precision ground and hardened. 5" (12.7cm) 4" (10cm) high, 3" (7.6cm) wide. Fixture includes 1 Adapter, hammer and sear clamp, three Allen wrenches and instructions. .154" Adapter fits AR-15/M16 with .154" dia. hammer and trigger pins. .173" Adapter fits Colt Commercial AR-15 only.

Replacement fixture

Awesome tool, awesome service
This is a great tool and a must have for doing quality and repeatable trigger jobs. I've seen reviews that it was difficult to set up and figure out, but all I had to do was pull mine out of the box, put on the roller bar, insert the roller bar stops and screw on the adapter. Complete setup in 3 minutes. Doing a Colt clone with the CSA adapter, the wrong instruction document was included in the package so I called and Randall personally sent me the correct instruction sheet by email within minutes. Power Customs has great products and great service. You know this is the right tool for the job when it's referenced in the Jerry Kuhnhausen shop manuals!
