I was happy to discover a new roller pin for my 1911 jig. It’s much easier to use now that the surface is smooth again.
Replacement fixture
I recently noticed my old fixture had a bent pen. I tried to straighten it, but wasn’t satisfied that it was straight. This was the best way to get a correct cut on the gun parts.

Awesome tool, awesome service
This is a great tool and a must have for doing quality and repeatable trigger jobs. I've seen reviews that it was difficult to set up and figure out, but all I had to do was pull mine out of the box, put on the roller bar, insert the roller bar stops and screw on the adapter. Complete setup in 3 minutes. Doing a Colt clone with the CSA adapter, the wrong instruction document was included in the package so I called and Randall personally sent me the correct instruction sheet by email within minutes. Power Customs has great products and great service. You know this is the right tool for the job when it's referenced in the Jerry Kuhnhausen shop manuals!
power custom sear jig works!
Using the proper adapters, I have used it on Ruger Mk2 sears and , most recently on a Ruger nm blackhawk sear. Cleaned up the creep in every case. Then I read the instructions by Weigand on this website. The role spring tension plays was explained very well for 1911's, and told me what to expect for other pistols. If you expect do a lot of trigger work, this is the tool to have. If you just want to do trigger jobs on several of your own guns, it would be money well spent. Hammers and sears may be hard to find, or expensive. This tool greatly reduces the chance of messing up a part.
Excellent Tool for Sear Work
If you have sufficient knowledge and are experienced with trigger work this tool will aid you in creating a safe and durable trigger. Establishing the correct angle of engagement between the Sear and Hammer is not simple; however much less complex when using this fixture. I like it very much and would not consider doing a trigger without it.

Great Tool!
Makes getting sharp, clean trigger pulls a cinch! Clean angles, no rounded/unsafe edges. Dropped pull on Smith & Wesson 60 to comfortable and safe pull weight.
The right tool
I've used this fixture for about 10 years now on about 50 trigger jobs different make handguns. It has always performed well with predictable and repeatable results on every model gun that the various adapters for which are manufactured. The set-up isn't cheap, but the old adage that "you get what you pay for" fits this to a tee, which makes this a GREAT value! Extremely well made!
