Good quality
I weighed several of these and they were constant in weight. This is my first time loading Hornady bullets I always used a different brand, now if I could find some more powder. Thanks Brownells

I ordered on Mon, they arrived on Thu
From somewhere to Reno in less than four days. That's got to be a record. Oh, and the bullets are worth waiting for. I use them strictly for target shooting at targets 954 and 1000 yards and they are probably my gun's (a win .308 Frankengun) favorite bullet. It does well with 168 and 175 grain bullets also but these 178s at about 2720/fps at the muzzle seem to produce the best groups. Any medium burn powder seems to work. This is my third box and likely won't be my last.

One of the best bullets made.
This simply is one of the best .308 bullets. My 3rd box of 1800. Awesome bullet coefficient.

Houston, we have a problem
1,758 in the box, not 1,800. I'm light 42. That's $10.50 not good. I grabbed 10 at random and all were within .1 gn (the resolution of my scale) ... so the bullets themselves are fine ... the counting scale is off. FIX THAT SCALE You are off by over 7,000 grains. If your scale can't hold sufficient precision, either replace it, repair it or just toss in a handful. It's not a good idea to short customers. Get within 10 and we're good. I certainly can recommend the bullets themselves ... they seem to be very well made and of consistent weight, but I have to raise the flag that the count may put the buyer at a significant disadvantage.
