Best bubble level
Best all around bubble level Ive used... and Ive used quite a few. This does NOT need to be overly tight to stay in place. And with any brains its easy to install level. I have one or two of these on every rifle(two to see it when shooting support side)

Well pleased
This is my first level, and it was lightweight and simple to install. Only issue was that the bubble moves slightly when you tighten the Allen screw so you have to compensate a little for that and try 2-3 times to get it perfect.

Install Takes a Little Trial and Error
With only one screw to tension the band, and that being tightened from underneath, the position of the level shifts during tightening. If I got it level prior to finish tightening the screw, I would bring it out of level when I secured it. It took some trial and error to under correct for level the right amount so that I brought it level and with enough tension to secure it to the scope tube when tight. I used blue Loctite, and stopped messing with it as soon as I got it level with enough tension to hold it in place on the tube. It took some patience.
