The Smith & Wesson factory offers OEM 9mm magazines for the M&P® Shield Plus®, which are obtainable in a flush fit 10rd capacity, as well as 13rd or 15 extended capacity. These magazines are made of steel and have been blued for added durability.

Just a minimal tweak of the feed lips and works great for 20 rounds of .30 SC. Not for EDC just to be safe.
