Best purchase in a long time.
I needed a reamer, like pronto. Brownell's had one, and did a spectacular job of getting it in my hands in record time. When I checked on the order 48 hours after purchase the staff was extremely helpful, and did not let me hang up until the package was tracked to the dot on the map.
I not only recommend Brownells', I use them, and will check often to see if they have stock on my needs. Not every company has everything all the time. But if my last experience with customer service is any indicator, every other company should take a lesson and get this level of support for their clients. 110% is where I would gauge this aspect of this company.
