High-quality finish reamer and precision made headspace gauges make easy work when chambering a new barrel. Precision machined from high-quality steel for a lifetime of service when properly cared for. Finish reamers can be used in your lathe or hand-turned; perfect for fitting short chambered barrels. Includes headspace gauge to accurately measure chamber size and ensure a tight, safe chamber. Gauges are etched with “Go” or “No-Go” and caliber/gauge name for easy identification. Made to SAAMI specs. SPECS: Reamer - M7 high speed steel, in-the-white. Right-hand cutting, six flutes. Solid pilot, integral throat. 7?16' round shank with 3?8' square drive. Headspace Gauge - Steel, in-the-white.

This is Gunsmith's "Must Have."
With so many "top-shelf" AR barrel makers pushing so many unfinished and improperly reamed barrels out their doors this reaming and head-spacing kit is invaluable. And with more and more companies charging outrageous restocking fees and being less than upfront about their return policies a chamber reamer pays for itself in short order.

No good
The gauges are fine. The reamer had burrs on the cutting edges which made it of no use to finish cut the chamber.
