What is the CHADWICK & TREFETHEN - "B" Adjustable Reamer?

For 10, 12, 16, 20 and 28 gauge, plus .410 choke reaming. Blade angle eliminates chatter; each cut is clean and controlled. Barrel Hone and Caliper below are integral parts of the process and should be included in your equipment. "A" and "B" reamers are especially useful in fitting 1911 Auto barrel bushings.

SPECS: Overall dimensions and expansion range as follows: A - 5-5/8" (14.2mm) long, .218" (5.5mm) square shank, .468" - .531". B - 5-Ñ•" long, .282" sq. shank. .531"-.593".

This is the only reamer I have used. I used the "shop manual" to set up and followed the instructions to get a "match grade" fit of barrel to bushing in less than an hour working slowly. I purchased the bushing mandrel at the same time to fit the bushing to the frame, also in less than an hour. I'm looking forward to seeing increased accuracy. Both products worked as advertised and I would recommend both.
