What is the CYLINDER & SLIDE - C&S Bushing Wrench?

Simple, practical wrench includes an integral shield that blocks the recoil plug from going airborne during bushing removal on Government models and clones. Makes the entire process of field stripping your pistol faster and safer. Heavy gauge steel construction makes rotating even the tightest-fitting bushings smooth and effortless, plus eliminates bending or rounding-off of the bearing surfaces that can lead to slippage. Smooth edges around the entire circumference of the tool make it comfortable in the hand and help prevent marring of the bushing, slide, or plug.

SPECS: Steel, blue, matte finish. 5-1?8" (13cm) long x 1?8" (3.2mm) thick.

A 1911 Bushing wrench with a built-in safety. The little flap keeps you from taking the recoil spring plug in the face (or eye) during disassembly or assembly. If you've been lucky to date not to be hit but have spent a lot of time looking for the launched spring and plug, this will eliminate the searches.
