What is the FORSTER - FULL LENGTH SIZING AND BENCH REST SEATER DIE SETS?

Forster Bench Rest Reloading Dies are of excellent quality and provide the reloader with the ability to produce concentric rounds time and time again. Each die is manufactured from the finest quality steel carefully machined to very tight tolerances. Dies are hand polished both before and after the heat-treating process to guarantee an extra fine finish. All Forster reloading dies feature their Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring that tightens the two ends of the split ring instead of tightening a screw directly into the threads of the die. A full length two die set is the die set beginning reloaders should start with, and the die set most hunters and many target shooters use every time they reload their cases. These Forster full length die sets include a full length sizing die and the Forster Bench Rest seater die. Forster full length sizers feature hand polishing and the E-Z case neck expander system - a Forster exclusive. NATIONAL MATCH DIES reduce headspace by .003" and are intended for bolt action target rifles only.

Great Quality, easy to use
This is the 3rd set of Forster dies I have purchased. They are the finest quality and easy to set up and use. Nothing complicated to adjust.The elevated expander button makes sizing easy work and is much kinder on case necks. The Bench Rest seater die is also easy to use and keeps its setting, gives consistent results. My tests with concentricity gauges reveal these dies will load rounds equal to or better than the most expensive dies you can buy. Good value here and highly recommended

Hopefully just one bad apple among their products
I thought Forster makes quality products until I use took out the .223 FL die I bought over a year ago. Besides seeing oxidation even though they put the anti-rust tabs in their die storage boxes, the finish was horrible it got rough tool cut marks. Took a few cases to resize and they don’t ever got back to SAAMI specs at all according to the RCBS precision mic and LE Wilson case gauge. And the worst, it made a second shoulder line to the cases and it wouldn’t pass the LE Wilson case gauge even if the RCBS precision mic reads perfectly 0.000”. I used the Hornady FL die and fixes the issue but the shoulder line is still there due to the Forster die.
