The Case Prep Trio is one of Hornady’s latest innovations to help you reduce the time spent preparing your brass, so you can spend more time at the range. This durable, three-in-one tool has a high-torque, low-speed motor powering separate tools to chamfer, deburr, and clean primer pockets at one, easy-to-use station. Inside and outside chamfer and deburring tools are provided, along with additional storage for pocket reamers, case neck brushes, or any other 8-32 thread tools (sold separately).

The Best Primer Pocket Cleaner Tool
I'm not positively sure but the hardness of this tool says carbide. Whatever, even if it is not, it is the best, most efficient primer pocket cleaner I have bought and used. And believe me... I have reloaded more rounds than, well you know! I have been through a few thousand rounds with it and it shows no sign of dulling. The cleaning head is of a meat tenderizer design, cross-hatched. I don't bother with the handle. Mount this in your drill press and just a touch to the pocket does the trick. It's FAST! The fit is snug so there's no angling right or left to get missed spots. This one does it in one fell swoop without shaving metal. Excellent! ^..^~~

Great Tool
Recently purchased this tool ran through about 400+ cases in a few hours prior to this used a drill clamped in a vise and had to do each operation separately. it's well made a nice addition to my reload bench!!!

Nice American Made Tool
I have been using one of these for maybe a year now. The build quality looks very nice. The motor turns slow and has plenty of torque for its intended purposes. The operation is smooth and quiet. The motor shaft has no noticeable play in it. The unit is quite small and light, so it stores easy, taking little space. However in operation you do need to use one hand to hold the unit in place as you press a case against whatever tooling is installed. If you don't the unit will slide across the work bench. It came with an inside and an outside chanfering / deburring tool. Hornady also makes a very nice set of serated or checkered primer pocket cleaners that work well on this machine. I would buy one again if I need another of this type of tool. And the unit is made in America - Thanks Hornady!

Seems ok
Not a bad little tool. Quiet, easy to use, takes most case prep tools from other mfg's. The tools it comes with are not as good as they could be. The chamfer tool isn't very sharp, took a bit more pressure to get it to cut. But since it accepted my hand tool bits, I was able to use them.
