The ALG AK Trigger Enhanced is a single stage trigger for the AK47and AK74 variant platform. The AKT-E is machined from S7 tool steel. The Enhanced model has a pull that is even lighter and has a much crisper break than the ALG AKT Trigger which is ideal for precision and target shooting. The Enhanced trigger itself is hard lubed, which creates a permanent self-lubricating surface which will enhance the smoothness of the triggers pull, and the hammer is Black Nitride processed for maximum abrasion and corrosion resistance.

Does what it says, maybe too light

I added this to my Arsenal Sam7R. Though ALG says its drop in for Arsenal, it did require the extra roll pin for the safety to engage, but not a big deal. Dont be afraid to use grinder first, I had to remove about 80% of the exposed pin. With the stock wire spring the trigger pull was a super light 1.5 lbs!! After a few sessions bending the spring legs per the instructions to add some weight, I was able to get it up to about 2.25. I'm currently trying that, but will likely add the included helper spring. Actions is very smooth, no creep. Given how light it ends up, I would be inclined to recommend the regular enhanced vs the ultimate since it does not need the lower friction coating unless in this set-up. Note the roll pin is oversized for its hole and you've got to support the boss well to avoid it breaking as many have found out. I was lucky, but lots of shavings came off the pin before it bottomed. If I do another, I would file the pin down a bit just in case. 1 point off for not being able to supply the right size pin.

Not a drop in trigger

Received this trigger for Christmas. Slight travel. Finish is top notch. Crisp break and reset. Everything you want in an aftermarket trigger for the price. THIS IS NOT A DROP IN SYSTEM. More than likely it will take you several hours to fine tune the fit to your set up. That said, a screw driver, file, and emery cloth are all that's required if you are familiar with the AK47 at all.
