A must have for any Glock.
Definitely an improvement over stock without being overwhelming or intrusive
Not quite as much an improvement as I hoped
This enhanced slide stop is an improvement over the stock slide stop on my G17C, but not quite as much as I had hoped. Still glad I installed it, but if I were starting over I would order a more "extended" stop. Installation was very easy, after watching a couple of YT videos.
Upgrade is a must on ALL Glock models.
Good value. Extremely easy to install. Works as intended. I feel this upgrade is a must on ALL Glock models.
Improvement Over Factory
This is a very good slide stop. It is much easier to actuate with your thumb compared to the factory Glock part. Easy to install and good quality build. Would recommend.
Perfect for G17, G22 and P80
Very easy to activate intentionally but impossible to activate unintentionally
Improvement Over Factory Part
This drop in part is an improvement over the original factory part. Better shape allows for positive release and engagement of the slide with the right thumb. Sometimes one handed release of the slide is needed. When installing after field stripping, remember only a Glock pin pusher is needed. No hammers! If you are doing it correctly, the pin will push out without much force, from left to right. Only need to push it halfway for removal and installation
Just what my thumb needed
I made the mistake of thinking I was getting a good deal with the Glock parts kit from another vendor. Won't be going there again and these parts I got from Brownells fixed my hiccup.
This is the way it should be.
The Tango down enhanced slide stop is exactly what I was looking to find. It's easy install, if you can remove the slide and pins you can intsall this. It provides a more tactile adjusted angle that's far easier to manipulate than the almost slick sided stock piece. It fits the look and feel of a stock Glock, but works far better. The only thing I didn't like was the price $20 is a bit much for stamped sheet metal, I know there's R&D, tool investment and set up, but still the price should be a little more competitive. All and all great product! Also I know that the Glock 20 is not listed as a model the slide stop fits, it fits and functions just like on my Glock 17 gen 4 as on the 20 gen 4, added bonus .
A good change!
Ive done this 3x & would start here. I feel it beats OWM & Lone Wolf. The rear ended seems less accentuated than the photo & it doesnt exactly match Glock black. For me it works & I like it. Worth a try; just send it back if you dont like it.
Excellent. Does Exacty What It Needs To
I'm a left handed shooter and often use my left index finger to manipulate the slide release. I found this slide release to be a great addition to my Glock 21. It sticks out enough to get positive contact with your finger but not so far that it catches on anything. It has edges that are a bit sharper than the Glock factory but that is something which is easy to gt used to. It installs very easily (took me about 30 seonds). I will be purchasing 2 more of these to fit to my other Glocks.
