The B-GC Geissele Competition Trigger was developed to produce a short, relatively light single-stage pull and a short, quick reset that are ideal for 3 Gun competition and recreational target shooting. Two trigger springs are included so the B-GC can be set up with a 3.2 lb. or 4 lb. pull. Note: The B-GC trigger is not recommended for benchrest shooting or shooting that requires small groups. It is designed for competition involving rapid target engagement.

SPECS:

Steel, black finish.
Fits semi automatic AR-15/M16 receivers with .154" diameter hammer and trigger pin holes.
May be installed on AR-style .308 rifles that accept AR-15 triggers.
Kit includes trigger and hammer assemblies, springs, hammer pin, tube of grease and installation instructions.
Black spring is for 3.2lb pull.Gold and Silver colored are for 4lb pull.

Sad business practice

This review is not for the trigger, the trigger is amazing and I was going to order a second. I put this in my cart at the beginning of the month for the price of $129.99 and figured I’d wait until BF to see if I could catch a bettter deal. When they posted their BF 10% discount they raided the price by $10. Not catching a “BF deal” it just comes to the price they were selling it at already. Do better, or don’t have a “sale”.

Full auto or not at all

First time sighting in my new rifle with this in fired in full auto and i wasnt expecting it. What were supposed to be single shots ended up 2-4 round bursts. Then after about 4 mags I started getting a light primer strike about every other round. Then towards the end of my range day it went off from me just turning off the safety getting ready for a shot my finger wasn't even in the trigger guard or anywhere near it. Extremely unreliable and dangerous product

Frustrated in Phoenix

After thoroughly reading the enclosed instructions then watching a video by Mr. Geissele himself about a similar trigger install (none on line for the B-GRF) as well as several other similar install videos, I went to work,The Geissele video said a placeholder pin was included with the item he was installing, it was not in the B-GRF. The written instructions said to remove the trigger retaining pin that came installed in the trigger and then reinstall after placing the new trigger in the lower holding pressure to align the holes. That proved to be impossible. After trying several options to align the parts, I finally took all the parts and rifle to a gunsmith to complete for at least $35. What was supposed to be - and would have been had I had the placeholder pin - a simple trigger install turned into an expensive hassle . Will repost once I get a chance to see if this was worth the hassle after actually shooting with the B-GRF.
