Great Anti-walk pins set

If you are going to run a drop-in trigger system, an anti-walk pin set is a must. I do not like using the set screw that some of the drop-in triggers have, they aren't the best option. I have used this pin set on most of my builds.

#8 Torx bit

I headlined thus with the torx bit size (#8) for two reasons. First, somewhere I saw listed hex head, but these are definitely torx, T-8 specifically. Also, you will need two different bits, one for each side (obviously). On to quality. They are good. I found mine to be a bit too long; the pin stuck put slightly on each side. It was probably just enough to slide a piece of paper under the head of the screw, but I could see where some might find that too much. I think the length is to accomodate different receivers, especially bullet. I would buy again.

My Go To Pins...

When using an ordinary LPK it is a good idea to replace the .154" pins with oversize pins. Using .156" pins removes .004" play and eliminates the hammer J-spring. It does not make the trigger feel smooth. That has to do with precise polishing, spring tension and lube. I have lots of tools but did not have the torx head wrenches to fit the torx screws that came with the pins however I've used the pins for years and had on hand hardened 4-40 x 1/4" longer Buttonhead Allen Head Screws that work perfectly. Lightly Blue Loctite around the head area of each screw. Just glad I could find the pins with all the gun buying going on.

Works as described. Not too long like other reviews. No hammer wobble and very little trigger movement. Feels very sturdy. I will use these pins for future builds.

Slid right into my Stag lower (instructions state that some lowers' holes may have to be reamed to fit). Set screws already have a Locktite like product on them.
