Consistent

I found the cases to be of consistent length. So much so that I didn't need to trim, chamfer, or deburr them before loading. That was a first for me. I did have to full-length size them. I noticed that Starline added to the description of these cases that they are built to the same strength standards as 44 magnum brass. That means that I can work up heavy hunting loads for my rifles.

Have used this 45 long colt Starline brass for many years. Just ordered 200 more. Starline brass is the best pistol brass you can find! Have been using this brass for a custom hunting load with cast 240 grain hollow points. This brass has been instrumental in our hunting party bagging so many blumpkins over the years. If you want to have a successful hunt with many blumpkins, you need this brass! We were all getting blumpkins!

Excellent Brass

Starline makes quality brass at a competitive price. I ordered five bags of 100. Each bag had one or two extra casings. Random case length testing was consistent. The primer pockets were consistently snug but not overly so. Good stuff!
