Broke the first time
Bought this as an addition to the tool box. The very first time I used it, a pin sheared off and damaged the customers barrel nut. The tool appears to be well made, and the barrel nut was not "loc-tited" in. It simply sheared off. Although I would usually blame the manufacturers, in this case i'm betting it was a random pin defect. I love Brownells guarantees, and they make the exchange easy.

Pins broke too easily
Ive had this tool for 2 years and it sees light duty. Yesterday, the pins sheared off of it completely. For the price, it should've lasted more than 15 uses.

Garbage
Used it and broke the pegs off it before accomplishing anything. Switched over to a DPMS tool and finished the job. Buy a DPMS or other quality tool instead.

Fragile Junk
I barely gave this wrench a stern look and one of the pins sheared clean off. It's a piece of junk. You're better off using a standard USGI wrench or one of the encapsulating-style ones from Smith or DPMS.
