1911 Garrison
Bought a Springfield 1911 Garrison in .45 a couple of weeks ago. I am personally very impressed with the way that gun shoots right out of the box. Couldn’t be happier.

Springfield Armory Garrison 1911
Well, I went looking for a Springfield Armory Loaded 1911 in .45, didn't find one. But there was this stainless-steel Garrison. Very nice. But I passed. two weeks later after reading about the Garrison, I went back. Gone. Two months later there it was in my LGS. Laid my cash down and home it went. Two days later I went to the same shop to get some ammo and there was a hot salt blued carbon steel Garrison in .45. Oh my! Silly me I bought it too. After several hundred rounds each, perfect in typical Springfield fashion. Love them both. Almost as good as my Springfield TRP.
