KAK Industry’s signature design for unrivaled performance and unparalleled reliability, all K-SPEC Enhanced BCGs retain mil-spec dimensions with added Slotted Angle Carrier Rails (“sand cutters”) and Dual Ejector system.

This 5.56 NATO model features KAK Industry’s proprietary Down Vent configuration, venting gas downward instead of out at the shooter’s face. This redirected gas system means a quieter, less gassy shooting experience.

All KAK Industry BCGs feature a M16 (Full Auto) carrier profile, meticulously machined from 8620 steel, properly heat treated and ground to exact tolerances. Other components include:

Single piece billet-machined 4140 extractor, phosphate coated for Increased reliability and corrosion resistance.

the other guy is inexperienced, these are the best bang for the buck on the market today.
For the price, you can't do better. Sand cuts, down vent, dual ejectors, hard chrome finish, for less than $300?! Screaming hot deal, and even if you aren't feeling the downvent option, then make them in side vent too. I own one Kspec carrier and two bolts, and I can't see a reason to buy anything else for future builds. Don't listen to the guy complaining about the retaining pin, just give the thing a twist it'll find its way. Even if its a slight struggle, still worth it and an excellent value all things considered. KAK > KAC !!!

Still needs work
I have one and it worked great until I had to clean it. I don’t know how they get the firing pin retaining pin installed at the factory but once it’s removed, it’s almost impossible to reinstall without a lot of persuasion. I even tried a Colt and CMMG made pin thinking maybe I had messed up but it was the exact same problem. KAK, like Faxon do not chamfer both holes that cotter pin goes into, only the outer hole where the pin is initially inserted into. You’ll get 1 or 2 uses out of that pin and then it’s junk because you have to hammer it in after cleaning it. And yes, you do have to totally disassemble your BCG to clean it properly.
