What is the TANGODOWN - Tactical Magazine Floor Plates for Glock~?

The Vickers Tactical floorplate gives the shooter an enhanced gripping surface for ripping a stuck magazine from the gun if it refuses to fall free during a crucial reload. The larger plate works well with gloves and can even be hooked on a belt or holster in a tight situation. Plates are made of glass-filled nylon for high strength and impact resistance and have eight concave dots molded into the bottom for numbering or marking your magazines. Glock® Small Frame fits magazines for pistols in 9mm, .40 S&W, .357 SIG, and .45 GAP. Sold in a 5-Pak. G42 fits Glock® model 42 only. Sold in 2-Pak. M&P fits Smith & Wesson M&P full-size magazines for pistols chambered 9mm, .357 SIG, and .40 S&W; will not fit M&P Compact mags.


SPECS: Fits 9x19mm, 40 S&W, .357 SIG, and 45 GAP Glock® Magazines. May not function with some aftermarket magazine wells or guides.

Solved my issue
My Glock Gen 5 mags would not fit my new 19X because of the mag base. These fit my mags perfectly and solved my issue. They seem well made and I like the Orange color for ID.

Great Product!
I also bought the Tango Down Grip Plug with takedown tool and they both look great together. The quality is very good and have a great grip to them.

Work Great...Even Fit Glock 44 Mags
Have used these for a couple of years on my G19 and like them. Recently picked up a G44 and thought I'd see if they fit Glock's .22lr magazine...Yup, they do. Used my last five plates on the G44. Have to order more for future mag purchases.

1 of the best Glock aftermarkets around
Have them on every Glock, less 36 and 42. Believe there are a few things to improve on OEM Glock Perfection: steel sights, grip surface and base plates. For the first two, there are several options. I haven't found a better base plate than these. Positive seating, stripping a double feed, managing a multi-caliber inventory of mags with different duty/personal ammo combinations, all is made easy. Get a good mag tool for installation.

Well worth the money
I have been using these on my Glock 19 and Glock 17 for a year now. They are relatively cheap and well worth the money for the upgrade. During malfunction drills while wearing gloves when you're heart rate is up, it makes it easy to rip the magazine out of the well. Highly recommend you purchase some of these.
