Best grips for Sigs!
These grips are awesome! Don't believe me, These are the only aftermarket grips SIG sells at their online store and in the Sig Academy (besides screw on side panels). These grips perform way better than the stock polymer. I get... are you ready for this... a better grip! Better grip = improved accuracy, better weapon retention, more confidence = BETTER SHOOTING! Do yourself a favor and spend the $20 to get a better grip!

Unsafe if you hands are sweaty or damp
The short version: This grip wrap installed fairly easily, looks pretty good, and feels great with dry hands, but even a little sweat or water makes them dangerously slick in my hands. The long version: Bought this for my EDC on the recommendation of a few folks that mentioned the granulate texture tears up their shirts. Installation was fairly easy, and the adhesive seems to hold great after the heating step. I haven't had any peeling in the week that I've had them on my gun, but I did trim a few of the sharper corners to reduce the chance that they would peel. The fit is quite good and almost looks like part of the gun itself, and the rubber is pleasantly grippy with dry hands. Immediately after installing the wrap, however, I realized that gripping the gun with sweaty hands was like trying to hold onto a bar of soap. Even if my hands are slightly damp, such as after washing and drying them quickly, the rubber dangerously slick. I can't imagine being able to safely shoot in this condition, so I think the wrap will be coming off as summer is upon us. I contacted the manufacturer almost a week ago via the form on their website and have not gotten a reply. I might try giving them a call on Monday when their customer service line opens. They sell a hybrid texture that is between rubber and granulate, so I may see if I can order one of those and try it, but I'm a little bummed that I'm out twenty bucks. Overall, I have to give the manufacturer credit for the excellent fit and robust adhesive, but I can't recommend this for a carry gun as it can make it unsafe to operate in a variety of not uncommon situations such as sweaty hands, in the rain, after washing ones hands, after holding a cold drink on a humid day, or any other scenario you could imagine where some moisture might be involved.
