FAXON FIREARMS - Match 9mm Luger Threaded Flame BBL for Sig Sauer P320FS Gold

I have this barrel in a build I did from scratch. When comparing this barrel against my 6 complete purchased P320, the Faxon barrel out shoots OEM barrels. After about 50 rounds the barrel break was complete, I am able to shoot two 21 round mags into a hole on paper the size the of a quarter at 10 yards. I'll take that kind of accuracy every day of the week.

Received the barrel pretty quick through Brownell fit right into the P3 20 no problem just like factory put about 300 rounds through it on the first day definitely shoots great pretty small groups Im sure its me and not the barrel Im pushing 60 so Im not quite as good as I used to be looks nice flame cut into it when wish it was a little deeper to notice it a little better still a very nice barrel very accurate

These barrels are more accurate compared to the OEM. I attribute that to the button rifling process vs. mass produced broaching on OEM. In my case it dropped in my factory slide without any fitting with very good lockup. It was reliable and I had no feeding or extraction issues whatsoever. Only drawback, and why its only 3 stars, is the rifling leads are short, so most truncated cone style bullets will require a shorter than published COL to plunk test. Round nose, depending on profile, must have a COL no more than the published length or a hair shorter than Published. Due to this use medium speed 9mm powders such as WSF/HS6/A#5 in your loads. I Strongly suggest against faster 9mm powders such as A#2 or titegroup with a shorter COL. Short 9mm COL's hit the feed ramp more direct thus increasing the chance of bullet setback that a faster powder will spike pressure more profoundly.
