Built to provide AR builders with the proverbial extra pair of hands needed when assembling an AR-15, this Real Avid AR-15 Master Bench Block is built with eight different orientations in mind. This allows users to hold five separate components in place during assembly, as well as install up to 13 different pins found in the AR-15 platform. Each Real Avid AR-15 Master Bench Block is coated with a specially developed, no-slip coating, so the block won't slip around on your workbench, and your firearm parts won't slip out of place during your build. Have to knock a pin or spring out of your gun? The Real Avid Master Bench Block is built for that, too! Inside the block, a strong magnet ensures that any pin or spring knocked loose from your rifle is retained. No more chasing those detents across your workshop!

Wish I had this 30 years ago
I've owned a bench block for 1911's forever. About time one came out for the AR series. This is just one of 20 specific tools needed to be competent disassembling and re-assembling the AR without damage or giving the gun nicks, dings, scratches and dents. This is your pin driving block. It does not do everything, LOL. Biggest mistake made is breaking an ear off the lower then installing the trigger guard roll pin. This block is cheap insurance that never happens to you. The block does take some getting used to - so - stuff the directions in a zip bag and rubber band or Velcro it to the bottom so you have them handy. If you deal with AR's allot you will love this. Money well spent.

I bought this Master Bench Block from REAL AVID for use on my AR-15 that I completely stripped and refinished. I also did some maintenance and upgrades. I have several Tools from REAL AVID for my Gun Maintenance and they're all of HIGH QUALITY and at a Good Price
