Everything needed for cleaning in a divided storage box. Includes 3-piece aluminum rod, brush, correct tip (shotgun kits have nylon swab), 25 patches, 2 oz. bottle of famous Hoppes No. 9 solvent and a 2½ oz. bottle of Hoppes Oil. Handgun and Rifle Kits are 8-32 threads; Shotgun Kits are 5⁄16"-27 thread.

Great cleaning rod
This rod kit is great for cleaning shotguns. Only one problem, and it's a personal one, was looking for a rod that didn't use the adapter on the end. Should have looked at the picture and read the reviews a little better.. Was looking for a rod with 5/16-27 treads on all the ends of all three rods. But this is still a good cleaning rod for those who aren't picky.

rifle cleaning kit
I ordered this kit for my rifle. I lost my old one years ago and needed to clean my rifle desperately. it was jamming an gummy. I looked at several and this one had everything I needed.. the oil, the grease, the pads, the rods. I did have to bring my rifle so someplace while waiting (fox issues with my chickens) and showed them the picture of this kit. they said it was an excellent choice then I found out they order from brownells too. so I am extremely grateful The kit came exactly when they said it would.
