100% cotton, single-nap, unbleached flannel patches made to get guns clean efficiently. The coarse, open weave side grabs and holds bore fouling and doubles as a 'scrubber' for tough surface dirt. Soft, napped side holds and distributes solvents and oils.

Best for pull through, breech to muzzle
I use them with an Otis pull through cleaning kit. They are stronger than most other patches. that works very well with a pull through. I use them for .45 .44 .357 .32 and .30 cal as is. I quarter them for .22 Could go a little bigger for .22 if a tighter patch is needed. They clean really well. Some threads fray off the edges. Not a problem for me. Just check to make sure you leave no threads behind in barrel ect. Of course.

SIZED FOR LOOPS NOT JAGS!
If you are like me and only looked at the caliber these patches were made for and incorrectly assumed they worked with a jag of that caliber then you are going to be disappointed. I am leaving 5 stars because of the quality of the fabric and when I cut them to size for a jag they work splendidly. However I do think that Sinclair needs to put a disclaimer on the description of this that these are not the appropriate size patch to be used with a jag. This is an enormous number of patches to have to cut with scissors to work and is a huge waste of time. Again, when either coupled with a loop as people mentioned in the reviews, or cut to size for a jag they work well.
