LEE PRECISION - Lee Ram Prime

Very easy to use, great for starting out or experienced reloaders, no adjustment, almost foolproof. It is an extra step but proper set of primer every time.

Like another reviewer stated, I got the Hand press kit and this(RAM PRIME) came in the kit. This thing works perfectly and you really do get a good feel of the primer seating. I have a Lyman All American brass smith 8 turret press and the priming system on that is functional but really needed more R&D. But I get way better feel out of this VERY AFFORDABLE Lee Ram Prime and it seats primers perfectly EVERY TIME, with very little effort also. I just wish there was a quicker way to feed the priming ram instead of just one primer at a time by hand( I actually use tweezers, as to not touch the primer at all). But it still goes relatively fast one by one, just not progressive press fast. But this thing does an absolutely job of priming cases perfectly every time! I started out my reloading career with a Lee hand press. This is what came with it. The only thing that I have to compare it to is the Hornady hand primer, and I actually prefer this when making large center fire rifle ammo. I take my time and make sure that I've done everything correct, and this is perfect for that. You really can feel the primers going in. I have been doing experiments with different kinds of brass longevity, and I can tell from the way the primer goes in if I'm priming Winchester, Federal, or Hornady. It does a good job at seating to the correct length as well.

I got Tired Of Using Junk Hand Primers So I had A Lee Hand Press Lying Around And Now I Use It For My Hand Primer. No Joke You Can Really Feel The Primer Seating Into The Brass.Never Thought I would Ever Use This Thing Or The Hand Press But Out Of Need It Work's For Me....P.S. It's Made Really Sturdy...
