First time re-loader in 38 and 357
I had heard reloading your own increases accuracy. I believe it now! I bought some cheap wadcutters along with these and tried them in both 38 and 357. both max and minimum loads. I am not going to use unplated wadcutters any more! makes a lead mess and they are messy on your hands loading them. I think the Berrys flat points were more accurate. I found that the lightest loads on the chart work perfect. I also ran them up to 1250 in magnum for fun. they performed but it was not worth the extra powder in my book. sticking with 4.6 grain of hp-38 for the magnums and 4 grains in 38 special. These bullets are clean going in and coming out. no mess. well worth the low price and worth the little extra they cost over standard lead bullets.
