I have bought several of these kits. They all work very well. I have had zero issues with them. If I had to critique anything. It would be the recoil spring. It's a little loud when racking the slide.

Have use on several Remsport Slides. Always works perfectly.
It works
It went together fine, did a quick polish job to all the parts before assembling. It's nothing to write home about, but it goes bang consistently when you pull the trigger. Fed 150 rounds Remington UMC through it. First 50 had 1 light primer strike, 1 failure to eject, 1 failure to feed and then ran fine.

Has all the parts need to assemble a new slide.
The package comes in one plastic bag and the small safety pin plunger spring was not easy to find. I do recommend this kit and it makes updating your new red dot capable slide a breeze.
Go O.G. dont go this route, spend the extra dime for OEM
Currently the firing pin was nice. Considered the Brownell's parts kit to be on par with standard OEM stuff. Generally thought they got them from same suppliers. The Recoil spring assembly is not on par. Will not put the slide into battery as it should and plastic rod seems warped. If starting over would buy OEM or if I build another OEM will be the only way to go. Was just a range plinker so didn't give it much thought, but battering the slide to put back into battery, gives second thought to paying double for OEM satisfaction. I have already ordered oem recoil assembly thank goodness for edge. Rest of kit seems pretty standard fare would say the recoil spring gave me pause from the point of receiving it.
Junk guide rod
The only quality part is the firing pin. The other parts are poor quality. The safety plunger had a burr on it and the plastic guide rod is trash. Definitely overpriced
