Requires fitting
I purchased this to replace a broken bushing in a Colt Officer MKIV Stainless. It appears to be identical to the original and fits the factory barrel quite well. The OD, however, is oversized and requires fitting, just as Wilson describes. You'll need the proper tools to machine and fit this item or you'll need enough ingenuity and determination to make do without.

Not a drop-in.
I was hasty and bought this one as it is listed as a drop-in. It is not. Spent quite a bit more time fitting this that I couldnt charge the client. Brownells, we depend on your descriptions and listings. Yes, there is other information, but they contradict...

Takes some fitting but its good
I put these on my Springfield Range Officer Elite and Mil-Spec since I wanted a blued bushing. Took a little fitting with some sand paper and wooden dowel rod but it fits nice and tight now.

Wilson Combat 1911 Barrel Bushing (29B)
Installed this bushing on my Springfield 1911-A1. Very tight fit but finally able to get the slid to cycle freely after cycling it a few dozen times. May remove the bushing and polish the bushing ID with some 1000 grit sand paper on a wood dowel rod. I think a snug fit bushing could help increase accuracy.

Fitting required
I had some fitting to do , but my gun is also a Norinco with poor spec. ID and OD had to be trim and polished. Nice look and tight fit, don't forget to get a barrel wrench.
