GEN 2 IMPROVEMENTS

Upper Tension Screw - Allows users to fine tune the fit of the upper and lower receiver through the use of a nylon tipped tensioning set screw inserted in the grip tang of the lower receiver. This provides a tight fit with any standard AR15 upper receiver.
Increased Magwell Flare - Allows for easier insertion of magazines and provides a sleeker look.

Great Price, seems solid, but standard indent springs had to be trimmed

Can't argue with the value of this lower receiver. Seems well-built and solid. Gave it a slightly lower rating because after trying unsuccessfully to fit the Pivot Pin and Takedown Pin springs/indents I had to trim the spring lengths (using a Brownell Lower Parts Kit) or the Indents would not retract enough to allow the Pins to pass. I've used the Lower Parts Kit before on other lower receivers, so I'm assuming that it was the Lower Receiver itself that was the problem. Other than that, everything works.

Good quality inexpensive lowe

The lower looks good with good tolerances, a bit tighter than some others but not necessarily a bad thing. Used 2 of these for a 223 Wylde and 7.62x39 build and both uppers mate well with the aero lowers.

FAST SHIPPING, NO ISSUES, GREAT RECEIVER

I have barely used the lower receiver so that is why i have given it 4 stars ( i cant give 5 stars for something i havent used thoroughly). Otherwise, i would. Fast shipping, smooth transfer, fast response from customer service. Unlike other vendors, who take forever to ship and take forever to reply, Brownells so far has been good for me. This lower is good to go.

I bought an Aero Precision upper and lower receiver for a .300 blackout build and they fit together seamlessly. Both pieces made an adequate base for all parts and accessories.
