Poor finish
Purchased another one of these lowers for a second ar build. Upon inspection of the lower, I noticed that the finish was slightly blemished and didn't match the glossy black first receiver I had purchased. I've read about finish issues with finishes on Aero lower receivers. Maybe I just got unlucky.

Looks good on the outside...............
First off I would like to thank Brownells for standing behind the products. The Aero lowers two sets mind you were blemished in the trigger housing. The first set looks as if the anodizing was coming off on both sides of the trigger pocket.Contacted Brownells they sent two replacements out that very day. Picked up the new set 200+serial numbers from the first set and same problem except this set looked like bare aluminum spots.... These were sold as %100 percent not blemished. Even though the defect will not be seen it still a flaw in workmanship on Aeros part and the NOT Brownells should be held accountable. I believe Anderson Manufacturing would have been a better choice for less money.

Bought 2, unlikely to buy again
Ordered 2 of these lowers which came in with consecutive serial #s. Also purchased An Aero upper to match. when I put the upper onto the lower, the upper was wider at the base on both of these lowers where they meet on the left side. In other words the upper stuck out further than the lower, they were not flush. This was not a problem when I put this upper on other lowers I had. This was primarily a problem over the left side mag well area. Both of these lowers were thinner on the left side top of the mag well compared to other lowers I have. This may or may not effect the durability of the lower but to me it was cosmetically unappealing. The finish at best was mediocre and somewhat thin on the inside. I did contact Aero for comment but as of yet have heard nothing from them.
