Do not buy these Rods from Brownells!
Do not buy these Rods from Brownells! They keep sending out bent rods. I have six of these rods I bought from Grafs and never once, did one show up Bend. Brownells 0 for 2. the rods themselves are the best if purchased elsewhere.

Brownells shipped out a bent rod. I own a lot of these rods and are the best. Brownells makes it very easy to return items, but still no replacement two weeks later.

Two consecutive units with bad threads on the Female connector
The rod arrived and the threaded connection had bad threads requiring considerable force to install and remove the mating jags and brushes from Bore Tech. Brownells did a great job of replacing the unit. Unfortunately the second unit arrived and the female connector threads were insufficient to fully install the Bore Tech brushes. This time contacted Bore Tech who asked to call back after cleaning the"adapter" as they call it with a Q-Tip. The threads were spotless but just were not deep enough. The available space was only threaded 50% of the way. If it had been threaded 60% of the way the unit would have worked. I tried to add a picture but the "file was too large".
