My longtime favorite
Been using Unique since the mid-1970s in everything from .380 ACP to .45 Colt and .44 Magnum. It's an excellent bulky, fast-burning powder, great for target and general purpose loads. Fills up large-capacity cases very well to avoid pressure spikes with reduced charges. Glad to see it available again, I've been jealously hoarding my last half-can for almost two years...

Best Going powder for cast bullets in .357,Cast 158 grain bullets in .41, 44 Magnums for certain bullets weights!!
Continue to shoot 158 gr. Cast bullets in the .357 magnum, 210 - 220 grainers in the .41 magnum, and 250 grainer in my .44 magnums - both for target and hunting.
Have never been disappointed at all!

All us reloaders have powder preferences. My soft spot is for Unique in my 9mm.
Next time, if you're providing free hazmat two weeks after I place an order, how about cutting a brother a break and giving me the same deal?

Since I started reloading in the early 70's this was my go to pistol powder. I haven't been able to buy any since before 2019 and had to resort to other powders! Now it is back in stock, even if only in 1lb cannisters. What a relief. Hopefully the shortage is over.

I think that Brownells is the only place in the U.S. that has any right now. I love this powder because it works In all of my handguns. It is alot cleaner shooting than it use to be, but it is so versatile I didnt mind.

If you are just starting out reloading this is a must buy, I've loaded handgun ammo in .380, 38 special, 357 mag, 9mm, 45 auto and .44 mag as well as 12 and 20 ga shotshells, Unique does a good job with all of them.
