Does not fit a USRAC 94AE

This did not fit on my circa year 2000 USRAC 94AE hammer. It will just start on the end but runs into the top grooves. The sides and bottom of my hammer are smooth. I could likely file it to fit, but I lack confidence in the retention system. It is held in place with very small and deeply recessed set screws, so I'm skeptical about their long-term durability and the risk of getting stuck in place. I don't think I'll ever use it, but it's too inexpensive to bother returning.
