Makes all the difference!
I bought one of these for a Radom P63 pistol I own (Polish surplus, 9x18 Makarov caliber, 6+1 capacity, about the size of a PPK). There was just something off about how the pistol felt when I fired it and I was looking at adding a new recoil spring, a trigger adjustment, etc., when I came across this little item. No sooner did I fire the pistol after installing the grip sleeve that I realized my problems were over! No need to modify the pistol any further, it now felt good in my hand and firing it had turned to a joy with a moderate increase in follow-up accuracy to boot. I've removed it and reinstalled it at least once and it is fine, so it's not a permanent item. Once it's on the grip though, it is stays put and does not move. It does take effort to both put on and take off the gun. I'm not saying this will cure all your problems, but the cure could just as well be something this simple, as it was on my P63.
