Feed lips are roll-formed and polished, not die cut, for added strength, and Chip’s proprietary follower design provides flawless feeding with semi-wadcutters and hollow points. Powerful spring of proprietary, heat-treated Rocket Wire further ensures reliable feeding, even when left fully loaded and seated in a pistol for extended periods. Removable plastic base pad with full, front-to-back engagement, is built to withstand continual use, and numbered witness holes on both sides of the body provide a fast, visible round count. Available in 8-round capacity with slightly extended base pad that adds about ¼" to magazine length.

Very Pleased

I just received my magazines,bought 10, installed pads, 9 of the ten worked perfectly, 1 required a slight bit of file work, it now works perfectly, I have determined that my mag well needs to be beviled. I love the all metal mag and follower vs. the synthetic followers that I have used in the past. I look forward to using these.

Money well spent

I use this magazine in a Kimber Stainless Target II. It has functioned flawlessly no matter how many rounds are in the mag, and it does not allow the follower to tilt. Although my shooting consists of target/bullseye shooting, I would be comfortable using this magazine in a gun used for self defense.

Premium grade at a affordable price

99% of my shooting consists of 200 grain lead semi-wadcutters, and this magazine will feed them into my Kimber Stainless Target II without any trouble.

OK but new Powmag + is better

Had some problem with them to start with. I added the new follower for the Power Mag +, never had a problem since.

Very good magazine that lasts

This is one of the few 8-round magazines on the market that I can recommend. Almost all magazines will work when new, but most will fail in short order due to spread feed lips, weak springs, worn follower/slide stop engagement, bulged bodies, broken base pads, or a combination of the above. This magazine has a strong magazine tube that resists bulging and feed lip spread. The spring is strong and even helps stabilize the follower. This magazine works out of the bag and continues to work even after many cycles or if left loaded.
