This item was marked available when i place the order, when i received the order there was no mention or reason for the item not being in the shipment, i my self had to call and inquire about it not being shipped. if i didn't call your coustomer service i wouldn't have goten any reassioning why the item was missing. your coustomer service was helpful in finding out why the item was missing. when i place an order for items that say in stock i assume it will be in the box, that my biggest problem. no communication unless i call. your great with sending deals on messenger or email. this also should be the way to say its on back order.
