9MM AR Buffer

Good buffer except it's too short. The correct length buffer should be 4.00 in long. The reason for the 4in length is to insure the buffer does not come back too far and hurt the bolt hold open when it comes back forward on the last round. I made an aluminum 0.250 thick spacer to get it to the correct length. You only need about 0.100 clearance between the carrier fully to the rear and the bolt hold open. Hope this helps.

good buffer for the $$$

This extended buffer is for 9 mm carbine! it is longer and heavier than the standard H3 buffer. the only downside is my buffer weight in at 5.7 Oz not the 6.4 Oz specified by the manufacturer but overall I'm happy so far!!!
