SPECS: Receiver - 7075 T6 aluminum, hardcoat anodized, black. MIL-B-11595E chrome-moly-vanadium barrel, chrome lined, phosphate coated, black. Bolt/Carrier - 8620 steel, Parkerized, matte black. 1-7" twist. Chambered for 5.56mm NATO. Fits mil-spec lower receivers with .250" pivot/takedown pins only.

Best for the money.

The upper is worth more than listed too me, it's got Quality, mil-spec. The bolt carrier was correctly pined, and the laser engraved, just adds the style too it. I love it.

Excellent Upper

I am a service rifle shooter. Very well made upper receiver, and shoots very well. Fit and finish is great. I've put through a couple hundred rounds through it with no complaints. Everything good you'd expect from Spikes, it's definitely worth buying. Well made 'mil-spec' upper.
