Buy cheap, buy twice.
These won't dampen much noise and are very loud compared to more expensive ones as MSA or Peltor. I'm using these for .22 cal.
Not for frequent shooters
These muffs may be ok for the occasional shooter but they do not provide enough hearing protection for regular use. Even with inner ear protection they are only marginal and don't filter loud noises. They're slim enough to get a slightly better cheek weld on most long arms.
